		<description>The only way that I can handle making a healthy dinner is by making a weekly menu before I go to the grocery store over the weekend.  This way I know what ingrediants we&#039;ll need to get us through the week.&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;It requires a bit of planning, but if I don&#039;t do this, I find myself having to go to the grocery store everyday to get that night&#039;s meal ingrediants (once I actually figure out what to make). I&#039;ve found this actually cuts down on the monthly food bill too!&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;This also frees up some family time during the week.&lt;br/&gt;Hope the idea helps!</description>
