I have especially been thinking of this in the context of diversity and critiques about foundation funding.  We count foundation funding to museums and other institutions as non-minority specific funding (according to Al Pena, Greenlining, etc.) - well, I think private foundations could do a better job of demanding that &quot;non-minority&quot; grantees do the hard work of reaching out to minority communities and integrating their services to offer programs to a more diverse audience.</description>
